Bud was a man of deep kindness, unwavering patriotism, and quiet strength. A lifelong tinkerer, Bud could fix just about anything and took great pride in lending a hand to anyone in need. He had a special love for painting, especially painting the numerous yard artworks his wife collected and a lot of special church projects. His creativity and craftsmanship were only matched by his warm heart and quick smile.
Bud had a deep love for his country and always stood proudly by his values. He enjoyed the simple joys of life—spending time with his family, playing cards around the kitchen table and sharing stories that brought both laughter and wisdom.
In his later years, Bud made the heartfelt decision to leave his beloved Wisconsin to be closer to his grandson, a move that brought him immense joy and strengthened the family bonds. Bud’s legacy of love, laughter, and integrity will live on in the hearts of all who know him.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Janice West and Nancy Wendt and one niece, Bobbie Jo.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Marcia Theis, Enterprise, AL; 2 daughters, Candace Turk (Brian), Green Bay, WI, Cherie Endrihs (James), Enterprise, AL; a grandson, Matthew Endrihs, Enterprise, AL; four nephews and one niece.
