Velma Louise Davis

Velma Davis of Enterprise, AL passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Enterprise Health and Rehabilitation. She was 95. 

 Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Searcy Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Rev. John McCrummen officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to AERES; 202 Gunter Ave. Wetumpka, AL 36093. 

 Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents; John and Dora Brady; her husband; Joseph Edward Davis and her son; Toni Davis; her brothers; Pete Brady, James (Bud) Brady and John Brady; her sisters; Ethel Reeder, Bessie Mauldin and Sybel Mauldin. 

 Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law; Barbara and Errol Messina; son and daughter-in-law; Robert and Joyce Davis; grandchildren; Heather Freese (Jeff), Jennifer Davis, Michael Davis (Vickie); great-grandchildren; Mitchell Bradley, Brittany Lynch, Devan and Kayleigh Davis; great-great grandchildren; Grayson and Eleanor Bradley, Avery and Erin Hester and soon to be Ivy Grace Davis.
