Valerie Lynn Mahan

Valerie Mahan of Enterprise, AL, passed away Friday, May 9, 2025, at her home. She was 65.

Valerie graduated from Mississinewa High School in Gas City, Indiana, in 1977, and was a devoted animal lover throughout her life. She also loved spending time with family and friends and cherished every moment they spent together.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marilyn Ruth Ice and Charles Edwin Konig.

Survivors include her husband Charles (chuck-chuck) Mahan, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Chelsea R. McGriff (Dan), Enterprise, AL; son, Colin Burress, Enterprise, AL; 4 step-daughters, Amanda L. Mahan (Jason Coats), Townsend, GA; Brittany N. Mahan, New Brockton, AL; Valerie M. Roach (Jacob), Jacksonville, FL, Natalie L. Stanfield (Keith), Level Plains, AL; brother, Scott Charles Konig (Joye), Jonesboro, IN; along with 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren.
