Ralph Glen Harlin, Jr. of Daleville, AL passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Flowers Hospital. He was 62.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Matt Smith officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time. Glen was a devoted truck driver for over 45 years, a profession that not only showcased his commitment to his work but also reflected his passion for travel and the open road. His driving career was marked by countless miles and experiences, giving him unique stories to share with those who gathered around him.

Glen found joy in the simpler pleasures of life. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed tinkering. His tinkering spirit led him to explore various projects, revealing a knack for creativity and problem-solving that he engaged in with great enthusiasm.

Family was central to Glen’s life, and he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. Whether it was weekend barbeques, holidays, or quiet evenings at home, his presence provided warmth and laughter, creating lasting memories that will be treasured by all who knew him.

Glen was preceded in death his father, Ralph Glen Harlin, Sr; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Annie Mae Harlin; and maternal grandparents, Herbert and Veda Clevinger.

Survivors include his daughter, Madison Rose Harlin, Coffee Springs, AL; son, Cecil Joseph Harlin, Coffee Springs, AL; mother, Kathleen Clevinger, Daleville, AL; sister, Veda Mae Godwin, Enterprise, AL; brother, Bobby Joe Harlin (Beverly), Geneva, AL; mother of his children, Misty Brewer, Coffee Springs, AL; four nieces, Ashlie Harlin (Carlo), Kayla Motley (Joey), Taylor Green (Levi), and Harlin Ryan Godwin; great niece, Ella Rose Motley; great nephew, Sebastian Dandridge.
