Phyllis Ann Mahan

Phyllis Ann Mahan of Enterprise, AL passed away peacefully with her family by her side, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at her home. She was 85.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Dr. Ben Bowden officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the funeral home.

Phyllis battled dementia for over 20 years gracefully with her families love and support.  She and her husband were lifelong members of First Baptist Church Enterprise.  

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Charles F. Mahan, parents Gilbert and Johnnie Mae Wood, sister Carolyn Nelson, and granddaughter Avalynn James.

Survivors include her four children, Charles G. Mahan, Enterprise, AL; Lisa Mahan, Enterprise, AL; Alan Mahan (Connie), Enterprise, AL; Chris Mahan (Angie), Enterprise, AL; sister, Julie Goodyear, Enterprise, AL; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
