Sunny Ferguson of New Brockton, AL passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026, at CSM Bennie G. Adkins State Veterans Home. She was 63.

Sunny served eight years in the United States Navy as an Air Traffic Controller.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Earl Ferguson, New Brockton, AL; three sons, Richard Allen Deems, New Brockton, AL; Joseph Austin Ferguson, Champaign, IL; Samuel Robert Ferguson (Jessica), New Brockton, AL; two grandsons, Lazarus Raymond Ferguson and Elias Mathis Ferguson.
