David William Stanton

David William Stanton of Enterprise, AL passed away Friday, August 7, 2026 at his home. He was 67.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Brian Hummert and David Watson officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time.

Mr. Stanton was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Eleanor Terilie.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Louise Stanton, Enterprise, AL; son, Nicolas Stanton, Florida; 3 step-daughters, Kathy Hummert (Brian), Glen Ellyn, IL, Ronda Lockwood, Chicago, IL, Diana Riley (Christopher), Chicago, IL; 4 grandchildren, Megan Hummert, Sean Hummert, Isaiah Nelson, Lucas Nelson; brother, Robert Stanton, Kansas City, MO; sister-in-law, Patricia Kaleta, Wetumpka, AL
