Carlton Zachary Suddath Jr. passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Enterprise Health & Rehab. He was 82.

Memorial services will be held at a later date

Carlton was a Florida native, he loved good food and enjoyed sharing meals and memories with those around him. Family meant everything to him and he loved dearly. He embraced retired life and treasured the time spent with family, friends, and loved ones. Carlton will be remembered for his generous heart, love of family, and the joy he brought to others.

He was preceded in death by his brother Richard Suddath.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years Pamela Suddath, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Suzanne Taylor (Travis), Enterprise, AL; son, Carlton Zachary Suddath III (Michelle), Houston, TX; four grandchildren, Zachary Taylor (Danielle), Michael Taylor, Evelyn Suddath, Isaac Suddath; great-grandchild, Luke Taylor.
