Blanche Waters

Mary Blanche Waters of Enterprise, AL passed away at Medical Center Enterprise on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. She was 81. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 23, 2024 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Wendell Benner officiating. Burial will folllow in Daleville Memorial Gardens with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Old Tabernacle Community Church, 11592 Highway 51, New Brockton, AL 36351. Mrs. Waters was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Vida Marie Strickland. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Oliver Waters, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Laresa Capps (Clifford), Enterprise, AL; son, Rick Waters, Enterprise, AL; 2 grandsons, Josh Hutto and Ethan Waters; 1 great-granddaughter, Kylee Hutto; sister, Jeanette Tice (Bobby), Enterprise, AL; numerous nieces and nephews.
