Betty R. Evans of Enterprise, AL passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at Opp Health and Rehabilitation. She was 95.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Steven Reneau officiating with burial to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to “Young At Heart”, c/o Wesley Chapel UMC, 2235 County Road 156, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Mrs. Evans owned and operated a watch repair business in Enterprise and Ft. Rucker for 47 years. As an artist for several years, she has her pictures still hanging in some of the State Buildings in Alabama.

She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She also loved to travel and she loved her church family at Wesley Chapel, especially the “Young at Heart” group.

Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Evans; son, Louie Dell Evans; and her two sisters.

Survivors include her daughters, Betty Jo Bryant, Enterprise, AL, Barbara N. Evans, Enterprise, AL; daughter-in-law, Brenda Evans, Enterprise, AL; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
