Angellee “Rose” Davis-James, of Coffee Springs, Alabama, passed away at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel, with Dr. Ben Bowden officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time.
Rose was a 2025 graduate of New Brockton High School, where she created many cherished memories, including having the best time at her senior prom. She had a deep love for art and drawing, and her creativity shone through everything she did. Rose was known for being very talkative, laid-back, and easygoing, making it easy for others to feel comfortable around her.
She had a special love for the Korean pop band Stray Kids, enjoyed cooking, and found comfort in her favorite stuffed animal, which brought her joy. Rose’s personality, talents, and warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her sister, Kendall.
