Winnie K. Brooks passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at her home.A private burial was held at Meadowlawn Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Brooks will have a private memorial service at a later date.Survivors include her husband, Talmadge Brooks; daughters, Fonda Brooks; Belinda Russell and her husband, Jeb; two grandsons, Daniel Russell; Evan Russell.The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice for their loving care given to Mrs. Brooks during her illness.
