Billy Blue Farris

Billy Blue (PeeWee) Farris of New Brockton, AL, passed away Monday, May 14, 2012, at his home. He was 78.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Joe Underwood and Rev. Larry Doster officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., on Wednesday. Mr. Farris was preceded in death by a granddaughter, LaShana Nicole Farris and a great-grandson, Adam Douglas Simms.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes Martin Farris, New Brockton; four daughters and sons-in-law, Nina Brown (Donny) Enterprise; Liz Kilpatrick (Ronnie); Teresa Boothe (Chris); B. J. Miller (Popsy) all of New Brockton; three sisters, Katherine Farris Jacobs, Ariton, AL; Sara Margaret Farris Pietrantoni (Reno) Lady Lake, FL; Kate Farris Hudson (Ted) Auburn, AL; one brother Omega Farris; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
