Life Legacy
Charles M. Hall, Jr. of Enterprise, AL passed away, Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at his home. He was 85.
The family will receive friends at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory on Friday, July 15, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Enterprise Building Fund, 302 North Main Street, Enterprise, AL 36330.
Funeral services will be held at Lowe Funeral Home on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Minister Jim Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park in Burlington, NC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Monday. Memorials may be made to Northside Presbyterian Church. Mr. Hall was a Veteran of the U. S. Army, member of First Baptist Church Enterprise, former member of Northside Presbyterian Church of Burlington, where he served as deacon, choir member and superintendent of Sunday School, former member of the Lions Club. He retired after 38 years from Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Hall was preceded in death by a daughter, Janice C. Holland.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Elsie S. Hall, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Elaine C. Haller, Burlington, NC; son, Keith M. Hall, Enterprise, AL; brother, Dwight C. Hall, Minneapolis, MN; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
